Sport and entertainment
On the beach of  Aghia Marina, many watersports are on offer such as pedaloes, jetskis and paragliding.
The closer surroundings and mainly the approx. 500 meters distant village center provide eventful entertainment. A popular bar is right next door.
Nightlife concentrates in the neighbouring village of Platanias (1.5 kms), and all-year in the Venetian Old Town and by the port of Hania (8 kms).
